Impex Trade Tools offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period with limited features
• Paid Subscriptions: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on our payment page
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice

5.1 Digital Services Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are only available under certain conditions:

• Cancellation within first 7 days: Full refund if services have not been actively used
• Technical issues: If there are technical problems that cannot be resolved within 14 days
• Duplicate payments: Automatic refund for duplicate transactions
• No refunds: After 7 days or if services have been actively used

5.2 Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team via email or help ticket form
2. Include your invoice number and reason for refund request
3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval

5.3 Physical Product Return Policy

For physical products that may be available through our platform:

• Product condition: Products must be in original condition, unused, with intact packaging
• Return period: 14 days from the date of product receipt
• Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped
• Non-returnable products: Customized products or perishable goods

The services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Impex Trade Tools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our services, but grant us a license to:

• Any errors in the services will be corrected within a specific timeframe

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• At your request for account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
